Good to be back, I can't take much credit for keeping the forum active, but I do try to keep things moving along. The other issue is that it is winter and that sure puts a downer on the gardening scene.

pain level is so much lower than before the op but it will be a slow process before I can get back to where I was 12/18 months ago
