toroman,Yes I'm using acrylic urethane 4-1 mix, dust free in 10 minutes, so i can quickly put the wheels on & push it in my shed.  gmax

Hi Gmax, ohhh acrylic urethane, how is that to work with? does it need hardner?,4.1 is that paint to thinners? interested to hear more about paint process..Cheers Toroman

Whoops.. i forgot the enamel part, its "acrylic urethane enamel"
4 parts paint 1 part hardener, i thin it no more than 10%.
It shrinks a lot when fully cured, so i spray it nice & thick.
