Why 1974?; why 160cc?

The cowling suggests 125cc.

the cowling plastic cover is not present and the utility sticker is only present on the face. 160cc don't hav a metal cover behind the plastic face with the utility sticker. this is a 125cc. there are nor any rivet holes to suggest the presents of a previous plastic cover. the base is also small in comparison the the engine this is definitely a 125cc. this was only produced from 1973-74 .
