G'day Phil, The 1962-3 Model 502 Envoy looks about the closest match to this one. That model had a Zenith carby, so a pic of the carby is needed to confirm that.
The Envoy just had a '4 Stroke' decal across the front of the tank, but it's quite on the cards that your machine is a 'storebrand' variant.

Hello again Gadge Thanks for that information,unfortunetley no carby came with it. I suppose that is the reason why it was nearly free,another thing on the list too look out for. Might pick up one some time in the future. PHIL.
I have a feeling that the cowling may actually be off a Supa-Swift Falcon. I say this because i seem to remember the four stroke Victa's of that vintage having the fuel cap directly behind the wind up handle, not off to the left like the Supa-Swift models.
Please bear in mind I don't have significant knowledge of these mowers - so I will probably stand to be corrected
