Yes, its a shame Lewis hasn't been back on the forums, He knew a bit about the rover story, unlike greenfield no one really knows anything about the early rover story.

The bonnet catches i've found after a lot of searching, The ones you can buy from a hardware look similar, but arent the same. These popped up on ebay, they are the genuine article, they are heavy and have Cheney England on them.

Got the rear axle in, everything fitted this time!
got the deck apart, the spindle was a bit of a misssion, rusty bearings dont help, got it apart without damage though. Got all the hangers cleaned up and painted, got the deck itself primed and painted, now the wait for it to dry...
