They are all just pushed in a corner gathering dust waiting for me to get around to them one day which will probably never happen. I know that with at least 4 of them I could mow a lawn tomorrow, the fifth one has bearing noise but it runs ok. And then there is another one with the Rotomo type deck that somebody ran on straight petrol that I pulled the motor down and it still sits in bits.I always dream about "one day"
That's great news! The Model 5 was the most successful of 1950s Victas. It was a great - and now classic - design. Please keep us informed on progress here.
Thanks Jack Engine was rebuilt and yesterday it was fired up for the first time,took a while as it didn't have a choke and most i'd seen on youtube had it on the filter end. The fuel stop leaked dripping slowly,i was given a retractable starter with it. Not sure if i need to fit a edger slot cover,3 selling on ebay but i'd only need one Here's some more pictures
