I was wondering if the bluish/grey rocker switch next to the red one is the choke and the black push button a manual oiler? I am unable to find a primer is there one, also is there no automatic chain oiler? Thanks, akuleana

Note that it does have an automatic oiler as shown in the drawing item number 14 on page 7. You will also see item number 31 is the choke rod on page 9.
