Hello ODK History Lovers
Snapper is one of the great 'old' North American companies, whose roots can be
traced to 1894. In the 1940s, now McDonough Power Equipment, the focus changed to
lawnmowers.

This brochure is from the mid-1970s, when under their stewardship. Later, Snapper
would be acquired by Simplicity (2002) and then by Briggs & Stratton (2004).

Most of these models sold in Australia: the walk behinds, ride-ons, and the tillers.
They were well-regarded as quality machines suitable for the rugged Australian environment.

PART TWO - The Brochure
This fold-out brochure covers the full-range at that time.

Note the sophisticated V Series walk-behinds - in self-propelled variants -
that offered a six-speed drive with full differential action.

The ride-ons sold well here too; with six speeds and a deep-skirted deck,
these were great catcher mowers for Australian conditions.

As always, available as a download for personal use.
