hi all, Working on my second SB45 rebuild, and having troubles removing the lower roller sprocket.
I had removed easily on my last build, but not having much success. I have a 75mm gear puller, and doesn't want to budge (and noticed its started bending the sprocket. Any other way to remove without buying a larger puller?
thanks

Sounds a tad odd but you might have to apply a bit of heat to it.
Cheers, BB.

Yup. Try heat, quality penetrating lube - CRC 5-56 is my favourite - then heat again.
Cheers, Gadge
