Started it for the first time today,
Gave it a test run in the back yard (minus cutting deck & seat)
Battery was flat, but started with chord.... 3rd Go....

It was with low revs & cold engine, but seemed very strong
cant wait to finish it off rockon

Hey Billyboy,
Good stuff!! Goin' strong and gonna mow long!! Bill, you're getting to the most rewarding stage of a restoration; when you can actually stand back and see the result of your hard and dedicated labours, and the knowledge that you have completed a project with the end result that the original designer and manufacturer would be very proud of!! wink Can't wait for you to finish and see the pics!! grin Rock on Rover!! yay
Kindest Regards, Darryl

When this project is finished,
I,ll be taking it to my block of land in "Indented Head" (Portarlington)
to maintain the block up their.

Lucky for me, my uncle has his Holiday house just around the corner for storage..... Hehe.
he has a corner block with lots of grass as well for me to cut....
Therefore Happy Ending aussie

Update on EasyOut Bolts......... banghead

I got a kit with 5 sizes from Bunnings and did as said,
centre punched in the middle of the sheared bolt,
drilled out a small hole inside the sheared bolt,
then a bigger hole to suit the EasyOut Bolt to be screwed in ant-clock wise.....
& "Snap" chainsaw
