Can I tell from my model, type and code numbers what HP rating my briggs engine is?

there is no stickers/stamps etc on my engine stating it power. it's on a 45 series scott bonnar 17"

Briggs had use the Ft-Lb torque rating for that engine.

Power Lbs/Ft of Torque 4.6 @ 3100 rpm
Displacement (cc) 127

Conversion program says it is 2.715 HP

Formula used: HP = T * RPM / 5252
