Can any one help me with the steps on disassemble of the rear roller on Scott bona 45 I'm sure there is a link somewhere for it but I can't find it

Yes, there is a link ... (see below).

Assembly is straight forward but with a couple of notes:
- the RH bearing housing is slotted.
- the important bit is re-assembly ... alignment and lube.
- only light oil on the pawl carriers.
- light grease on the axle and drum bearings.

The last thing you want on re-assembly is miss-alignment.
If you have a sticking pawl you need to have private health insurance.
