G'day Hermosil

WOW!
That's an impressive collection you have there.
The odd one out is certainly the AUS Everyman reel mower.

I have a serious question ...
in terms of collecting, are you becoming more definitive in what you collect?
Or, are you still exploring what you consider collectable for you?
You certainly have important Victa models.

Many thanks for sharing your collection with us, and I have noted
the outdoor chair there ...

Jay Leno often tells the story of how collectors can sit, perhaps with
a fine alcoholic beverage, and admire their collection - taking delight
in the detail allurements of each machine. Wonderful!

Hi Hermosil,
Great collection, I like the Vortex. The Vortex looks very Formula 1 :-) Your red Mustang is identical bar the paint to your new Victa Aussie.

Thanks for those pictures. They're fantastic.
I had a Scotty rotary mower with catcher like your one and gave it away to a stranger I was moving
and wasn't sure I would have space and I wanted to prioritise my Victa collection. Shame really.

Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!

I'm loving the purple with blue cowl. I have been long considering which shade of purple to use. I will have to show your pic to my Mrs and explain that I really don't already have to many mowers and there clearly is room for more.

Request. Would it be to much trouble to see what the blue victa catcher from the four stroke looks like on the purple VC sports?
It will fit on but the purple catcher won't go on the four stroke.

Thanks all for the comments I will put the blue victa catcher on the vc sports and take some photos and I will post them when I have done it. The shade of purple I used was Grape Gloss. You can never have enough mowers as long as you have got the room for them! I did consider collecting tractors at one time but I don't have 2 acres of land available to store them.

I have to be honest here. That catcher looks even better than the purple twin grip one!!
That really suits it!!
What do others reckon?

I reckon while it looks good it would be better if the cowl and catcher were the same blue, perhaps the lighter of the two then it would look factory. Thanks for the colour, I have been thinking a deep purple with a heavy flake 1970s style would look great on my utility with a white pull starter.
