Hi I bought a Homelite whipper snipper about 3 months ago and have the biggest trouble trying to start it. I have only managed in this time to get it to start twice. Those times I have got it to start it runs beautifully.

The yards getting a bit long now so definantly have to get this thing to work somehow. I don't think it is flooded because I have taken the spark plug out and there is no fule in the head. But there is fule in the rubber primer bulb.

Any ideas would be welcome. I bought the Homelite from Bunnings.

Cheers TJ

Ok you should find as in previous post that the fuel filter in the carby will be causing you the problem.

Try removing the filter in the carby and then see if you can get to run. If it starts easier then you have found you problem if not then you need to go further. cheers2
