I have been studying Norm!
I now have the mowers down pat, working on my fuel and oil cans (got them pretty well finished). I wanted to learn my bottles but theres just too many, so I will just buy the ones I think look cool if there cheap enough for me.
Might have to start working on cars now.

I buy the common stuff for cheap, sell it for a profit, and the money goes back into finding, buying and restoring the rarer stuff.
Hello Kye and Norm
I think giving back to the history record in preserving old mowers is
such a commendable thing. I thank you both for your efforts in doing this.
I also thank you both for your time in helping others on these great forums.

All the best.

I am more then happy to give to the community! I also love my rare mowers haha!
I doubt I would have such a great passion for vintage lawn mowers if it wasn't for your history articles Jack, after reading about the platypus I was hooked, I had to find one! lol
Until then I will keep searching and looking out for rare mowers on my page.

Thanks Jack!

You could always build a twin carb setup like the nostalgic multiple single barrels used in hot rodding back in the day. Perhaps a pair off a whipper snipper or baby chainsaw. Probably look better on a twin pot. Perhaps with a pair of 1" tubes cut to 45 degrees as a pair of scoops. Now I'm getting carried away!
