Hi everyone, I'm in the process of restoring a 1958 Victa 18 Special, I would just like to know if the wheel felts go on first followed by the wheel or does the wheel go on first followed by the felt and then the circlip?

breadman,

In this order on the axle you have the metal cap dust seal wheel and circlip. cheers2

thank you bruce, I am assuming that you mean the felt goes under the metal cap between it and the wheel?

breadman,

That is correct as the metal cap is on the inside (frame side) of wheel. cheers2
