The early Victa ride-ons were rebadged MTD's, and later ones are often Noma/Murray models. It can be quite difficult to find out what the corresponding US model numbers are, though.

Its a Victa made by Noma. there are White mowers that are the same but painted a different colour. I assume it has a 12 Hp motor by the 12 on the bonnet so it would be a 1232 Victa. 12 HP motor and 32 inch cutter deck. They were made in the 90s I have a 1030T Victa that has a 10HP engine and 30 inch deck that was made in 1994
