hello i got this to fix for a fella and it is a bit different from the other powertorques i have [Linked Image]
the cowl looks like it has facilities for the starter for a keystart??
any ideas.

this is how it came to me. changed a few things and runs like new

they surely do electric start powertorques sean, tiny little starter motor
sits on the side of the block.

All the cowls and air deflectors have the provision for the starter motor, for those few that do have them.
