Ive got trouble with my mower revving up and down when on full throttle
So has any one got the IPL and Manual please

Hi mate,

Try taking the air filter off and see if it fixes it. Sounds like the air filter is blocked. Either replace or blow out with compressed air.

have you cleaned the carby? A blockage in the carby will cause the issue. Is the idle mixture adjustable on that carby? If the air filter is clean I would suspect a blockage in the emulsifier tube.
