Hello Ian

Yes, I know this mower.
But these are better pictures!
The winged horse - Pegasus - is noted, and new information.

I hope to write about these this year.
They were sold as the Hibiscus Master Mower, or the Cambridge.
They were 'manufactured' by Queensland Pastoral Supplies.

Hope this helps.

Very nice, in reference to the flying horse. I would say that is Mobil fuel, nice bit of marketing there with Pegasus embossed on the fuel cap. Villiers Midget engine, love it.

Hi Paul,

Well-spotted there Paul. I guess that could be it!
I knew I had seen that logo before ...

It was not unusual for mower manufacturers and petroleum companies
to associate themselves with each other.

Cheers

Hi Ian and Paul

I might add, it is unusual to see such a big Villiers on a small lawnmower.
I think this is a 25C ...?

All very Hi-Power.

'would cut sugar cane'
That would make sense the mower is housed at Mackay
