Location Bruce, ACT- so close to me I'll drive past it in the morning on the way to dropping my daughter at day care. Location is CIT (Canberra Institute of Technology), address shows new buildings and construction on Google Maps Streetview so maybe that's why it's for sale!

Or maybe it's the CIT pull apart and put back together demo

Might pop past and try to have a look tomorrow if possible on the way to daycare.

Although I didn't sight the instrument I spoke to one of the staff there this morning- he looked just like I'd expect a greenkeeper to look (and sort of remember from school) and is a staff member of the Faculty of Horticulture at CIT.

He said that the mower is in good order and was used regularly for mowing the bowling/golf greens they use to teach the students. The reason for disposal is they are upgrading.

It should come with some paperwork, he said he handed it all over to the auctioneer when he arrived for inspection/photos.

Hope someone can get some good bids in, sounds like a good 'un. Sorry for the short notice but only saw it yesterday by chance whilst looking for something else.

At 24" regrettably too big for most collectors.
