Hey fellas I picked up this Victa and when I pulled the carby apart it had no return spring(the long one)Also the poppet valve was set on "A".Is this how this one is ment to be set? I am having problems with uploading a photo today for some reason,it is a fairly late model Tornado mulch or catch.

someone took it out to bring down topend revs is all , put a soft spring in it , see how ya go ...... valve setting will depend on blade plate , 2 or 4 blades . high lift mulch disc n stuff . get the revs too high and you clobber next doors dog with clippings or the catcher , yessss they DO blow that hard wotwoz ;)

yes , sort of a vortex type of thing , cut it so fine almost no need to mulch depends on how its maintained of course
