Hi all,
again sorry if this is a bit of a newbie query- but getting inquisitive and pulling the starter off my 3hp B&S on my utility mower one day, I observed the governor flywheel. However, I found one fin missing and another chipped, see photo:

So I was wondering a couple of things:
- does this substantively contributes to mower vibration (which is quite strong) whilst running?
- is it necessary to replace the flywheel, and if so where can I get one? Spare off an old motor likely, how do I know its correct for the motor?
- I guess it also influences the governor, but one fin missing is probably not too bad?
Thanks,
Pitrack.
