![[Linked Image]](https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum/uploads/usergals/2015/08/full-9141-23287-dscf4902.jpg) . This is a beast I put a 160 full crank on it, the grass shoots out its unreal. Am getting it sandblasted tomorrow. The question is what would be the original colour and where can i get decals/stickers for mowers. Most importantly a decal for a 18 fuel tank. Thanks this place has too much info

Sean! I think you're boldly going where no one has dared venture. This might be a first on ODK - a granite-finish lawnmower. I've got a name: Victa Desert Storm: Patriot Edition. [p.s. Victa Commando was taken] Certainly a head turner:-

Gasps* The last time I used Colour Fleck was in the tray of my HT ute.... I never expected to see a Ute" of the mower variety actually painted in it! It looks as though it belongs in the garden, like a sandstone ornament....perhaps a fountain and a bird to finish it off? Very Creative... Fred and Barney would be proud!

I like it BUT I hope you're not going to try using it - going to be a difficult one to clean after use!

I am not lost, vccomm, i have found my way. the fish you are refering to is my de fish ency in mower repair. i should not have so many hammers. That paint i am using apparently got discontinued 15 years ago. i am 3/4 the way through painting it need one can. thought about using sand but dont think it would have the same result. I am hopeing to give yall something cool to look at. Sean

Vccomm; That is a great idea ... could have the water flow up through the handles, into the snorkle, down through the carby and into the crank case ... Would have to be some very small fish though!

found the paint in america, where is the ODK american rep? the fella that puts on the accent? Krylon stone, coarse texture, charcoal, can only get in the us. that took a lot of phonecalls emails and driving around. Would like to show you all the finished product. Sean

"Well, that's different."
Sean, I'm glad that this is an artistic restoration. It wasn't quite what I was expecting, given the earlier photos. It does appear to be ready for night-time operations.
It all comes down to the old saying:
"Beauty is in the eye of the blade holder." --------------------------------------------------- JACK
