I have a 10+ yr old stihl. cant remember the model. Need advise for tuning if anyone knows. is it the standard advise of bottom out and 1 turn out for h and l ?
there is another screw - a large one i think its the idle .. not sure where to start this off.

The machine is a straight shaft and a manual feed head. ive been told it looks like a tanaka.

If you start at that point with the settings it should be ok. Do your adjustments on the L first and then work on the H last.

You can use the search link on the board to find the settings as well.

did this and followed instruction from other posts - worked a charm - the brushcutters i have now scream !
