could some one tell me how old this mower could be its an alloy base mustang 18
im trying to get a engine cowl for it

Best way to be 100% accurate is take the cowl off and then remove the carby.On the engine block where the carby intake is (remove the intake) the year of manufacture will be there.It could be ether stamped or cast into the block.If your not sure take some pictures and post them up.

I actually found one of those today. dont know about this.

It's a pre keystart engine block so it'd be somewhere between 88-91 at a guess.

Not a problem I thought it would be something around that date.bigted wasn't far off ether.
