hi Bruce I have a homelite HLT 15 i put new hoses filter ect. starts great and revs great.. but after 5 minutes of use it bogs downs and dies

Briggsboy, On the carby does it have Mexico stamped on it? What type (Brand) of fuel filter did you use?

hi Bruce i took the carby off.. on the face that presses onto the gasket is ..singapore,,, the name makes a circle...
the filter is a little metal one i've tried from a hobby shop. regards Frank

briggsboy, Ok first off I would be using a walbro fuel filter and then replace the carby diaphrams and filter screen in the carby. You will find the basic settings for the carby by doing a search on the board.
