Bruce, I had the first pulley fail before I even used up the line that was on the spool when the unit was new and have replaced the line that I'm now using with the same size.
Maybe you can recommend a good replacement unit that I can purchase as the grass is getting tall around here. I have about 1000 lenear ft. of trimming to do each week and in Texas, the season is long. I'm not confident in my ability to choose a replacement.

Have you tried a brand of line called "Trail Blazer" as I have found it to be better than the line that you buy from your local hardware store.
