Hi, I recently obtained an old Rancher 2. It has a nice new 12.5hp Briggs and Stratton engine. Generally it is in good nick, needs Lubrication and anti-siezeing and I will paint it.
However it is missing the drive pulleys and shaft. If you look at the parts list (Rancher_2_Models_11044,_11050,_11055.pdf)
Under Drive System, I need parts 40,32,38,46 and related spacers,nuts etc.

Does anyone know of substitute parts or some old parts in the garage? I have searched fairly intensively for these and can't locate them.
Failing that does anyone have the specifications on these parts, as I could make them if I know the sizes.

Any advice/assistance would be greatly apreciated

Your request would be a lot easier to deal with, if you considered who might be able to respond to it. Someone who had old ride-ons would need to know exactly where each part could be found, and would prefer you to have included a picture like this, with the parts you want circled in red:


A dealer or professional repairer would expect you to give the correct part names and numbers, like this:

32 A07418 Pulley Sheave Half 11055

38 A07593 Pulley(With Keyway)

40 A07061 Shaft - X

46 A07592 Pulley (Use A00798)

Your post specifically identified the bits, and would have been OK if you'd walked into a dealership with that information. However our members participate in this forum mainly for fun, and you made it way too hard for anyone to respond, with a likely result that no one would have responded.
