Gday good people , I've nearly got this mower going I have plenty of spark and I may have a little fuel issue but I won't know till I find out a correct spark plug . It has a cj8 but the spark plug thread in the head is a longer thread than what is on the spark plug . So what is the correct spark plug to use?it won't let me upload a photo it says the entity is to large ,don't have this problem usually.

That's excellent thankyou Vccomm .I'll be lucky to find one of them one day and a fuel cap . I have it running now all it was is slightly loose cylinder nuts ,tightened them up and she whent first wind . Runs so smooth and a lot quieter than I expected it to . I'm pretty happy chappy , when I pulled the muffler off and had a look at the piston it looked like brandnew . It was sitting on a pile of old mowers with no wheels so I thought it would be good foor parts so I tested the winder and it worked so I grabed it with a couple of other old toe cutters for $15.when I had a look underneath it h,ad to my surpprise two top blades curved and two bottom blades flat as a pancake but looked as though theyve never been used. Sometimes you can be lucky. Take care.

great score then and good luck with it . the plate i was told was a sort of edger cover so when the blades are in good cond' it cuts upto the fence or garden edges so if you use it without ? be really carefull huh !!!! dont get close to children and small animals (or car tyres)
