It dosnt look to good for this old kirby as the carby has a crack in it so I was wondering can this motor be fitted with any other carby?hhk100. The air filter was off it when I got it and it was full of hornets nest.

Gday oldie, yeh I had some already and it does a pretty good job. You can't see the crack now and it's gone super hard so I think this will do the job.

Ggday, can you tell me what the screw settings should be to start off, the top srcew was only a quarter of a turn out and I'm not sure what the bottom scew was as I didn't want to turn the screw in not knowing the condition the bowl was in.I havn't touched one of these carbys before so a bit of a guide would be much appreciated as to which screw does what.
