I thought in response to tigers muffler thread I would make a little video and show you how I do it. Not saying it is the best or easiest way, but it works for me. Link below. You Tube muffler vid Let me know, it is my first tech vid. Ta

Rusty Ute, this is a very clear video that will clear up a lot of confusion for newer members. Good job.
Just a side note: If you aren't going to make a video on the full crank 160cc's, I will, because I know a really good trick for them.

James, I reckon the full-crank ones are a lot harder (I did one today), pending the video would you mind sharing your trick for these?

Do a vid on the full crank, They are defiantly a lot harder than the p/t engines.

You are both very anxious now aren't you? Lol.
Alright I'll make a video next week about them and post it on the forum for everyone.

Anxiety is my middle name. While I was attempting the muffler installation on the full-crank I went through a range of tools and thought about jigs/aids to help, none worked so yeah am curious to see how you do it.

Great video Rusty, and many thanks for posting it!
Please do not PM me asking for support. Please post your questions in the appropriate forums, as the replies it may receive may help all members, not just the individual member. Kindest Regards, Darryl

Yes once again rusty.ute thanks I'm just about to change a muffler on a powertorque and I don't know why but always did the other side of the clip. No wonder it was harder to do.
Here for a good time, not a long time.
