Have u cut the snorkel holes in the cover an used a power torque snorkel an throttle cable?

No that's how the series 80's mustang were produced. The carbys faced the other way so the primer could be used. Then the air filter hose comes off the carby and out through the cowl.

Oh ok cause the one I have is the other way. My carby primer faces in an the hose comes out the open side. But people keep sayin using a power torque setup n cut the cowl lol

That's not how they where made.They were made with the carby facing inwards and you will find it doesn't have a primer.I'll take a picture of one of those cowls tomorrow and you will be able to see how they were moulded.To turn the carby around you would have to change the fitting for the carby,but I'm not to sure if it would turn around,or use one from the series 80.Why would you want to though?

For easy starting. But I aint really keen cause I dont wanna cut the cowl

If it is turned properly it shouldn't be that hard to start.
