Hello does anybody have a parts list or workshop Manual that would cover this model brush cutter. I have pulled it right down cleaned the piston and ring so gummed up. on the exhaust port from the cylinder there was a 3-4 mm hole which was totally full or carbon. The piston ring was very stuck and hardly moved. I made new gaskets for reassembly. I have put a new fuel filter, new fuel hoses, new carby kit and new primer bulb. I have cleaned checked for play and wear, re-lube and reassembled, starts and runs fine but I cant rev it as the clutch spreads and touches the housing.I am confused with the clutch side with its washers etc.. It looks played with before. just want to make sure its right. am going to check the drive shaft for grease and oil etc.. any clues to look for or procedures to follow. I have to put the motor back on the drive shaft yet, but I want to service it first. With the clutch shoes what is their minimum and maximum thickness for wear. Just want check if these are worn too much.
