Looks like a v96 mk11 has it got a short grey air filter cover?

Yea my guess is a 1971 v96 mk2 :-) blumby would most likely know for sure tho

It looks in pretty good nick overall, but I will take a closer look at the weekend and get some more pics.

Not the greatest picture to tell from,but looks like a Mark III to me.It certainly is a mark III cowl.What is that with the right wheel rear axle? or left where the height adjuster is.It looks like it has been painted.Can't quite work out the height adjuster.If you could take a picture from the side as the handles on the base,they were different where they join onto the base.Check the engine number as well if it is mark III it should start with 5272.Providing it is the original engine that is.As I said a bit hard to tell from that but a side on shot would help heaps.I just remembered there is another difference this one you have has a plastic height adjuster on the base yes? If so then defiantly a Mark III.

Yeah, sorry about the pics, was dark here when I got it home and just took a coupla quick pics with the phone. The adjuster has been butchered, a bit of rod welded and some tie wire, but no extra holes in the base smile. Will check out the engine number on the weekend and get some better pics.

I just added something to my last post.You may have missed it it was.
I just remembered there is another difference this one you have has a plastic height adjuster on the base yes? If so then defiantly a Mark III.
