That machine seems very collectible to me. Here is the Museum of Victoria's entry for it, including the detailed 6 page brochure produced by the manufacturer:

It's a pity somebody sprayed it over in the wrong colour, obliterating the original decals in the process, but at the price you paid (zero) I suppose you can hardly complain.
