The adjusment screws are marked L for low
speed, and H for high speed, the initial
settings are: turn in to closed position,
then back out 1 1/8 turn for both. Adjust
the low speed screw for best idle and acceleration, set the high speed at top speed
for best performance, if you can hear a slight miss sound at wide open throttle, this
is the correct setting, on this particular
engine, the air filter makes quite a difference to the settings, so after setting
them with the filter out, put it back in after cleaning it and check for proper
performance again.
