I have a (blue)550SP which I am going to put a B & S 650 I/C engine on if I can get a boss to suit. It needs to be one with the integral pulley, engine has a 7/8" x 2 3/4" shaft, keyed. Are these available for purchase ( Bruce? I would also need a new 22" disc, can you PM me a price if they're available please)

I am using a 560SP /B&S 850 and assume the boss for this is what I'm after?

I've popped the boss off the victa p/torque, its tapered, will this fit a briggs 7/8" shaft?

nope , briggs are straight shafts . not tapered
