Ok, so I haven't put anything on here for quite some time. Let's just say I've been busy!
Here's something I'm happy to put on though.
It's a project I've been tinkering with for a long time, but now it's finished. A Rover Rancher 11050 Model from the early 80's.
Not quite original I must say! hahahaha

It's still got it's original 8hp Briggs and Stratton engine, and the original 5 speed gearbox, but the front end and rear axle came out of a Jacobsen I wrecked long ago. I fitted trailer hubs to the axles so I could fit the 215/40 - 17 inch chromies to it. The final drive sprocket came from the Jacobsen as well, larger diameter than the rover, so now the groundspeed is similar to the original.
The front wheels are the original 4.00/5 that was fitted to the Jacobsen.

The steering has been changed, and now has 3 1/2 turns lock to lock, instead of 1/2 a turn. I changed the angle of the column as well. The steering is now stainless steel cable, and you can now steer it with one finger! Awesome!

The exhaust I made myself from old Victa handlebars, and an exhaust stack off a Mazda light truck. Fully operational too! Cracks a nice deep bark! Sorry, I don't do you tube.

You might be wondering what the tow ball is for?????
Well me and my lady have a camping spot that is on 70 acres, and we need something to make it easier to get around.
So I made this to go with it!
