Is it possible to use Mcculloch 58 lnk chain on my 3200 saw that calls for a 54 link chain.

Why do they make such subtle lenght differences for 16" bars of different models

Sorry to say, most saw mfgs. have diffrent lenghts on chain.Even the lenghts on same saw can differ, with sprocketapp. bar type,
etc.And have noticed last few years they are
changing all the time. no easy answer. I would take your
58 link chain to the saw shop & take out
4 links. or just take your complete saw, & letthem make adjustments.then you will know,& it will be cheaper than buying new one
