The colour is a lot lighter than the 'Avocado' hammertone, but I really like your choice, and it makes it an individual machine, with your stamp on it. wink

Thanks everyone. Colour is called Alpine Green Hammered finished which i chose after some difficulty sourcing original, and I actually think it looks a little more unique smile

will take more photes once the sticker and hub caps arrive.

Hi luvpsi, one thing I couldn't find when I restored my Model 5, was the channel rubber that fitted under the fuel tank strap...it is no longer made (or so I'm told) so I went to Clark rubber and bought some flat strap rubber (quite thin in thickness and trimmed it so as about 1/8" protrudes each side of the tank strap....here's a pic:

Sort of looks similar to original and I think does the job. wink
