Give a little more information on the motor. There are so many differant types of rope starters out there now-a-days. Could be you don't have the spring caught on the pulley, and the pawl mechanism too tight.
all it says is victa sports. and a 38 on top of the zip start cage. have managed to get it apart, the spring in the wheel has come off the catch on the cage. can't connect it back on. must be an easy way but have not found it.
