Yep it is, I have the same mower except a black engine. Not a bad mower, like victa utilities better though.

I have one here the same as that but not as well looked after.

Thanks, the only part on it now that wasn't on it when I got it is the plastic handle on the throttle lever! I only had to do a lot of thorough cleaning of the carb and tank, the fuel that was in it looked like orange cordial, just as sticky too! All good now though, starts without a single puff of smoke!
