Hi,
Here is a pic of my Victa 30-10 ride-on bought new before 2000 sometime. Has been a good unit - except for the tyres going down all the time. Headlight was stove in before 2000 and a small tear happened in the seat - otherwise a good goer.
My last post (lol) for at least 12 days.

Not a bad little machine there mate, I quite like the rear engine layout for ride on mowers!

However, there is one issue i had with out old rear engined MTD, if you are in a fairly dry area, watch out for clippings and leaves building up around the muffler. I remember being 13, and realising i was sitting on a chair on a fuel tank, with a nice fire behind me!

Maybe our old MTD was just poorly designed!

Cheers
Ty

Hello All,
Further to this machine. It has been sitting out on the back lawn for two months due to room constrictions in my shed and the fact that I was out of the state. During this time it appears to have had some sort of a spasm and now will not allow me to put it in neutral. Appears to go in the other gears OK. I must admit not to having started it - but trying to move it to another position just by putting it neutral and pushing it as I have done before. Any clues as to what may have caused this??

Looking for a Parts and owners manual for a Victa 3010. I know its been discussed before, but has any one got a copy they can email to me?
Many thanks
