My victa panther mower(FDS201K)used to run flat out. Took it to a service centre and now it runs to slow. Certainly will not take it back as it is like a 3week turn around time. "If you want it fixed properly do it your self". So I figure it is the carbie, and I have a suspition the two springs inside it are ass about. The carbie is one of those all black plastic types. The mower is just over a year old. I think a manual would come in handy if and one has one??
