Dear Bruce-I have a Victa 160cc machine with the black plastic carb.The fuel is coming out of the primer and the engine does not not run smoothly(runs high and low)and eventually cuts out.I want to strip and clean the carb. Can you please assist by mailing the manual for the carb .

Thanks Bruce-The problem was that the "needle" somehow got lost.Replaced it,and "Bobs your uncle"no more leaking fuel through the carb.
