A woman put an ad up for a free old Victa lawnmower so i put my hand up for it, when i turn up here is this old Victa 18 sitting there with its original wheels with hubcaps, original throttle and original airbox, i couldnt wait to get it into the car!! It turns over and might even start so i'm going to give it a go this afternoon, will get some pics up abit later.

Looks good buddy, handle bars are definately not original, they can be had cheap off ebay though.

It has 263511 stamped on it, that mean anything to anyone? I assume its the engine number.

Sounds like a fairly standard number for a model 5.I'd say it has the original engine on it.I do have one question.What is that white thing that looks like it is screwed to the base? Defiantly need to change the handle bars, defiantly not the original ones there.Good score especially with the original air cleaner good work.
