Is it just me, or does everyone find that putting the throttle cable in, a pain in the bum??

Let me know if anyone has had any annoying experiences with that stupid cable!

ekul,
The carby is not a problem if you stop and think about what you are doing. When you are trying to load the cable into the cam it is quite simple.
1. In the stop position the end of the cable should be approximatley 1/2" out.
2. You then push it into the side of the carby on a 90 degree angle.
3. If you have the correct amout out on the cable it should only just touch the other side.
4. Then slowly lay over the cable until it touches the cam.
5. You them move the throttle control until it moves the cam and it should work ok from then.

victa man, im having no trouble with actually putting the cable into the carby, but when the cable is all ready to go, i move the selector, and it seems hard to move, then sometimes wont go at all, then you will hear it click in the carby, and the bloody ball has come off the plastic piece in the carby. i replaced the actual throttle cable, but still no luck, i have gone over the details of the packaging of the carby time and time again, its seems to be right but it still does it. I am at my wits end!! HELP
