Hope someone can help here.

1. Cord to start engine snapped so I re-tied what was left of it back up again, but it won't re-coil all the way. Hmmm...why?

2. The plastic primer bulb is leaking whenever I turn ON the fuel. I regret pulling that thing apart now. I read somewhere that there should be some sort of pin/needle, but I couldn't find one when I put it back together. All I got is the floater, a screw and the plastic panel. Please tell me what's amiss.

3.Well the reason I tried (2) above was because when I started the motor, it would run for approx. 30secs and then begin to vibrate quite alot - as if no fuel was being pumped through - and then it would switch off.

Fible,
The reason for the vibration is either you have throw a blade or part of it off the blade plate. This will cause that problem.

The carby when you have a look at it where the float sits on is a couple of holes and one has a brass seat in it that is where the needle goes.

If you require information e-mail me on support@copepl.com.au and I will forward you information on the carby to assemble it correctly.

Regards,
Bruce
