hi all just looking around on the net and it seems that a new mower called parkland dingo PCS 2850 will be available next month, and the two stroke motor looks identical to a suzuki m120a that was available years ago on rover chasis. that two stroke motor was the best i have used. also i wonder what the tecumseh two stroke motors are like, rgds graham

Graham, The Suzuki was a really good motor for domestic work (a lot better than the Victa power torque) and as to the Tecumseh two stroke I found it to be excellent for the really rough jobs as it sounded very rough on idle but once you got it into the work it run really smooth. Parklander has both the motors on their mowers.

Graham, Most low end price mowers are comming out of China these days as everyone is chasing the mighty Dolar rather than quality. I think that it will take China about another 10 years to be able to come up with the same standards of the rest of the world.
